Your Responsibilities

Charlame Park Homes, a 92-unit family community in Roxbury, MA is seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, processing applications, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, EIV reporting, unit inspections, work orders, accounts payable, and other administrative support.

Your Qualifications

Administrative experience in property management is required. Knowledge of Project Based Section 8 is required. COS certification is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
