Senior Strategy Lead (Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data and technology modernization engagements in a global delivery model
• Facilitate structured workshops with business and IT stakeholders across multiple segments to understand existing data ecosystems, business data marts, ETL pipelines, reporting layers, ML models, and application dependencies, serving as the primary facilitator for all business and IT workshops
• Drive discussions to understand the inventory of data assets, processes, systems, and pain points. Ensure alignment across diverse teams and document findings with clarity and completeness.
• Define high‑level migration strategies and patterns for data, ETL, reporting, ML, and downstream systems, while also estimating timelines, effort, and cost for the implementation.
• Work with business executives to understand business requirements and constraints for the success of the program.
• Present solutions to technology and business audiences highlighting the robustness of the solution. Interact with senior management and client executives and develop plans to help operationalize the solutions.

Requirements

• 12 - 18 years of professional work experience with greater than 10 years in the technology consulting space, with experience in leading large-scale data migration, cloud migration, and enterprise-scale implementation projects
• Experience in Insurance domain is a plus
• Solid experience with modern data platforms, data engineering, BI ecosystems, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience laying out architecture principles for raw, curated, and consumption layers, metadata management, data governance, and integration with downstream systems.
• Familiarity with ingestion frameworks, streaming vs. batch patterns, and best practices for building scalable, resilient data pipelines.
• Strong experience in managing senior client stakeholders and engagement relationship
• Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams in an agile man
