As a carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood and other materials, requiring a blend of technical skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail. Must be able to commute to Marshfield and not be more than 40 miles
away from Marshfield.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction and Repair: build, install, and repair frameworks and structures, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Work on fixtures like cabinets, stairs, and paneling.
• Blueprint Interpretation: read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the materials and plan of action required for each project.
• Measurement and Cutting: measure, cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials to ensure precise construction.
• Quality Control: inspect and replace damaged frameworks or fixtures, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Tool Operation: Proficient use of hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders, is essential for completing tasks efficiently

• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of wood properties, carpentry techniques, and construction materials is crucial.
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
