Tax Associate / Senior / Manager
A rapidly growing advisory firm in MA is seeking a Tax Associate, Senior Associate, or Manager to join their fully remote team. The firm supports early-stage companies across multiple industries with accounting, FP&A, and tax strategy services. With significant year-over-year growth, they’re expanding their tax team to meet increasing client demand.
Compensation- Associate: $60–70K base + bonus
- Senior Associate: $80–110K base + bonus
- Manager: $120–150K base + bonus
- Support clients with tax strategy and planning; some tax prep as needed
- Work with pass-through taxation
- Prepare and review ASC 740 provisions
- Assist with various ad hoc tax and advisory projects
- Associate: 0–2 years of experience
- Senior Associate: 3–5 years
- Manager: 5+ years
- Public accounting or advisory experience preferred for senior-level candidates
- Motivated, eager-to-learn professionals excited about a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Interest in supporting early-stage, venture-backed companies
- No required travel (optional client visits if desired)
