Software Engineer
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This person will be an active contributor to a high-performing engineering team, helping us build great features and ship high-quality software that solves real customer problems. You’ll bring curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset — and you’ll grow your impact over time through strong execution, ownership, and self-direction, including identifying opportunities for improvement and driving them forward.
We know that great engineers come from many different backgrounds — if you’re excited about this role, we’d love to hear from you. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with your team to build and improve product features across our platform
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code that’s ready for production
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning sessions
- Learn our architecture and platform, starting with a few areas of focus and growing broader over time
- Contribute to a motivated, positive team environment by bringing curiosity, energy, and support for your teammates
- Receive and offer feedback as part of a culture of continuous improvement and learning
What We’re Looking For:
- Typically, 2–4 years of experience in professional software development, with a focus on delivering quality code to production.
- Proven ability to work independently — you take initiative, follow through on loosely scoped goals, and drive ideas forward.
- Some experience with backend (Node/TypeScript), frontend (React), and/or cloud architectures (AWS) — we don’t expect you to know all three.
- A growth mindset and a team-first approach — you’re eager to learn, support others, and seek feedback.
- Curiosity and comfort working in an AI-enhanced environment — you’re open to AI tools and excited about how they can improve your work.
- Motivation to build meaningful, customer-facing software and see it through to impact.
At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

- Competitive salary and generous stock options - we all get to own a piece of what we’re building
- A fun, lively startup culture
- Core values-based leadership
- A culture of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion
- Ample opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-mode startup
