Project Manager (Construction/Fence & Guardrail)

Premier Fence is looking to expand our project delivery team! We are seeking experienced candidates capable of managing all types of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects. Our projects range from basic property delineation to high-security enclosures and sound abatement projects. Premier Fence has manufacturing and assembly capabilities for Wood, PVC, and Steel Products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all types of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects.
• Create detailed stock lists based on job requirements.
• Apply knowledge of various installation equipment and construction methods.
• Manage projects as a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Ensure safety in all project activities.
• Projects are primarily in the Greater New England area.
• Manage various projects from basic installations to high-security installations.
• Maintain a high-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effectively manage time and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening which includes Marijuana
• Prior experience as an effective leader in project management.
• 5-years minimum experience in construction - Civil Preferred, fence or Guardrail
• Superior planning and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and foster teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software such as BlueBeam, Infor Cloud Suite Industrial a plus.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adjust on the fly.
• Safety and growth mindset.
