Night Shift Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Provide overnight assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill patients in a 10-bed ICU.
- Perform critical care procedures such as intubation and central line placement with backup support.
- Collaborate with nursing, respiratory therapy, and physicians to ensure quality care.
- Respond to emergencies and document all patient encounters accurately.
- Current NP or PA licensure with at least 1 year of ICU critical care experience.
- Proficiency in critical procedures and ACLS certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
