Your Responsibilities (Develop Your Skills!)

As a Corporate Service Trainee, you'll join our Personal Lines Agency Support Team and learn to:

• Receive inbound calls from agents and policyholders in a dynamic call center setting.
• Accurately interpret and verify new/renewal policy transactions and coverages for agents.
• Respond to simple and complex billing inquiries.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on company systems.

✅ Requirements for Success

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred .
• Up to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to commit to the entirety of the virtual training program
