At Brighter Beginnings by Kairos Counselings , we are seeking passionate and dedicated Master's Level Psychotherapists to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and adolescents (ages 0–17) in our Pocasset office and through a developing school-based partnership in Wareham Public Schools .

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will play an essential role in delivering compassionate, holistic care in both clinic and school settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who are energized by the chance to support youth where they live, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to children and adolescents at Brighter Beginnings’ Pocasset office and onsite at Wareham Public Schools and Mashpee Public Schools
• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with families and school staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
• Develop and maintain crisis and safety plans when necessary.
• Participate in school meetings and coordinate care with educators, counselors, and other providers.
• Attend team case consultations and maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Follow ethical and professional standards in all clinical work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
• Availability for after-school hours (2:00–7:00 PM) at least 3 days/week and/or during school-day hours for school-based services.
• Ability to travel to Wareham school sites .

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
• Experience or interest in school-based mental health services.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and somatic approaches to therapy.
• Comfort working with neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ youth, and children with complex family systems.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with school personnel and caregivers.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Dedication to reflective practice and continuous learning.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fee-for-service rate: up to $91,000/year based on licensure and experience.
