Pay & Earnings

• Paid Training: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks

• Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week

• Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM (experience based)

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo

• Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit

Most drivers upgrade to solo quickly once training requirements are met.

Equipment & Freight

• Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade

• No-touch dry van freight

• Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload

• Steady nationwide freight lanes

The focus is simple: learn the job the right way, safely, and without unnecessary pressure.

Schedule & Operating Area

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset

• Operating Area: Lower 48 states after training

• Driver Base: Boston, MA and surrounding areas
