Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• BLS and ACLS required; NRP and PALS preferred.
• Inpatient or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, ventilator management, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and monitor respiratory patients.
• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizations, and airway management.
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen.
• Perform and interpret ABG analysis.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure compliance.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and code blues.
