Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and payments in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Review and manage queues in Avid and ensure accurate data flow into Yardi
• Research and resolve AP discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements to maintain accurate records
• Assist with payment research, analytics, and preparation of AP-related financial reports
• Collaborate with property management teams and vendors to strengthen relationships

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Experience doing accounting in the real estate industry
• Proficiency with Avid Exchange and Yardi accounting software

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Exposure to both corporate and property-level accounting functions
• Prior involvement in AP process improvement or automation initiatives
• Experience reconciling complex vendor accounts

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and team interactions
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
