Client Service Associate - Travel (Remote)
We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our growing travel team as a Client Service Associate – Travel . In this role, you will assist clients with travel planning, provide excellent customer service, and help coordinate memorable travel experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in travel, and are looking for a flexible, remote role that can be done from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and planning travel experiences including cruises, tours, and vacation packages

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Communicate with travel suppliers to coordinate reservations and travel details

Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Share travel promotions, updates, and destination information with clients

Support clients before, during, and after their travel as needed
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Comfortable using email, social media, and basic online tools

Organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Interest in travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
