The Opportunity

A physical therapist–owned outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic in Ashland, MA. This clinic has been serving the community for over 20 years and offers physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, lymphedema care, and occupational therapy under one roof.

The clinic operates in a recently renovated space featuring private treatment rooms, a bright open gym with natural light, and a welcoming front desk — all within walking distance of downtown Ashland, schools, local businesses, and walking trails.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized PT care in dedicated 1:1 sessions
• Maintain a caseload of 56 visits per week (37.5 treatment hours)
• Manage scheduling through waitlists and front desk collaboration
• Complete documentation and chart review efficiently
• Participate in 1–2 community marketing events annually
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
• Contribute to a clean, organized, patient-centered clinic

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
