Executive Assistant I

Toast is looking for an Executive Assistant I who will work directly with our VP+ Team members, and will provide executive support in a close working relationship. The Executive Assistant I serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about that Executive, or Executives. The Executive Assistant I will be able to multitask, prioritize, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining both in-office and remote work. Your recruiter will provide more information about the specifics of this hybrid model. About this roll* (Responsibilities)- Heavy and proactive calendar management and coordination of travel arrangements, logistics, and expenses on behalf of their Executives.
- Coordination and prioritization of meetings for leadership members
- Handling of logistics for internal and external events, such as leadership offsites
- Work alongside a team of multi-level Executive Assistants.
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized records.
- Comfortable utilizing office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) for administrative support, organization, and communication.
- Strong prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
