Accounts Payable - Real Estate Experience Required
Qualifications to be considered for this role:
- 1+ years of professional Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in Accounting at a Real Estate or property management company (commercial or residential)
- Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review and manage queues in Avid and ensure accurate data flow into Yardi
- Research and resolve AP discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements to maintain accurate records
- Assist with payment research, analytics, and preparation of AP-related financial reports
- Collaborate with property management teams and vendors to strengthen relationships
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Exposure to both corporate and property-level accounting functions
- Prior involvement in AP process improvement or automation initiatives
- Experience reconciling complex vendor accounts
- Proficiency using Yardi or Avid software
