We’re Hiring: Relationship-Focused Business Development Specialist | HOMEstretch Northshore , MA Market

We’re bringing HOMEstretch to the Northshore, MA Market area and are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to help us build strong, long-term partnerships in the local real estate community.

This isn’t a hard-sell role. It’s about showing up, following through, and becoming a trusted local resource for agents and homeowners.

HOMEstretch helps homes get market-ready with one simple solution—Home clear outs, painting, landscaping, flooring, and cleaning—handled by one local team. As a newer business in the Northshore market, we’re focused on building credibility, trust, and real relationships from day one.

What this role looks like day to day:

· Building genuine relationships with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages

· Introducing HOMEstretch through calls, office presentations and one-on-one meetings

· Being present in the community at networking events, open houses, and industry meetups

· Consulting with agents and homeowners to understand needs and recommend the right services

· Following up, staying organized, and helping projects move from conversation to completion

· Working closely with local ownership to grow the brand the right way in this market
