Our client, a leading merit shop electrical contractor , has been in business for nearly five decades and is recognized as one of the largest electrical contractors in the region . They currently rank #25 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing published by Engineering News Record (October 2024) and have held the #1 ranking in New England for four consecutive years .

As they continue to expand, they are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join their growing team in Holliston, MA .

Responsibilities

• Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
• Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with strong attention to detail.
• Develop comprehensive and well-structured project estimates .
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in electrical estimation with a proven track record.
• Background in the electrical field (field experience and electrical license strongly preferred ).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Conest ).
• Strong organizational and planning abilities .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Collaborative team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude .
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methods .
