Were looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, youll educate customers, build relationships, and provide customized insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
- Base salary: $48,000 annually (based on experience)
- First-year total compensation estimate: $78,000+
- Medical benefits stipend: $3,000 annually

Responsibilities- Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight product value
- Educate clients on insurance options and coverage details
- Set and achieve individual sales goals within specified timelines
- Participate in daily training sessions and team development
- Property and Casualty License
- Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for sales and helping others
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and commitment to a team-oriented environment
