TITLE: Systems Engineer - FCS Aux & Training

Location: Pittsfield MA 01201

SCHEDULE: 9/80 Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work if desired

Required: Secret Clearance

Long Term W2 Hourly Contract Only

Rate Range: $38.00 - $45.75 with limited benefits

We have an opening Systems Engineer for Fleet Ballistic Missile Auxiliary and Training Systems youll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing auxiliary and training systems that support the fleet ballistic missile program.

This role requires hands-on experience with systems in lab environments and collaboration across multiple technical disciplines. While on-site you will be a part of the Pittsfield MA Facility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Secret Clearance
• Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree
• Ability to lead the software development process
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts principles theories and technical standards
• hands-on experience with systems in lab environments and collaboration across multiple technical disciplines
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools
• Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in systems engineering lifecycle.
• Experience in networking and virtual machine management.
• Proficiency in cyber hardening techniques.
• Strong background in general IT skills and systems integration.
