Part-Time Instructor, Nurse Assistant Clinical Instructor
Part-Time Instructor, Nurse Assistant Clinical Instructor October 2025 - evening Off Site GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Instruct students in the required 24 hours supervised clinical in a residential health care facility following the state's Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Quality guidelines for Nurse Assistant. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Instruct students at the off-site clinical.
- Coordinate with clinical site times, patient assignment, and duties
- Assess & record students regarding skills competencies
- Adhere to DPH clinical requirements
- Registered Nurse
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- At least two years nursing experience
- At least one year of experience providing long-term care services
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills that demonstrate sensitivity to adult learners, non-native English speakers, and diversely prepared students. Bilingual skills a plus.
- Experience with post-secondary learning programs.
- Teaching or training Nurse Assistant experience preferred.
- Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or a National background check as a condition of employment.
SALARY: $50.00/hr.
