Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time, onsite role in Springfield, MA, supporting students during the 2026–2027 school year. This position requires a licensed SLP with certification to work within the Massachusetts school system and experience providing speech and language services in educational settings. This is a travel assignment based in Springfield, requiring reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy to bilingual students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required.
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with bilingual or diverse student populations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and the target bilingual language.
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain timely records.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Springfield assignment site.
• Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and background checks.
