Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time, onsite role in Springfield, MA, supporting students during the 2026–2027 school year. This position requires a licensed SLP with certification to work within the Massachusetts school system and experience providing speech and language services in educational settings. This is a travel assignment based in Springfield, requiring reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy to bilingual students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Massachusetts license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required.
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with bilingual or diverse student populations.
- Strong communication skills in both English and the target bilingual language.
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain timely records.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Springfield assignment site.
- Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and background checks.
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Full-time, onsite for the 2026–2027 school year (August–June)
Travel: This role requires travel to Springfield and onsite work only.
