We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations at an upscale, fine-dining steakhouse. What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale/fine dining steakhouse concepts
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, handle high-profile clientele, and foster a positive restaurant culture.
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic approach to driving operational success and business growth.
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams in a high-volume, guest-focused setting.
