Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is looking for a Clinical Rehab Specialist - Registered to join our team in the South Shore Region! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards of care and service agreements. Candidate must be an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with minimum of 5 years clinical experience.

Clinical Rehab Specialist - Registered (OTR) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Supervise occupational therapy assistants, provide caregiver education, and ensure patient progress through regular clinical documentation and communication.
- May focus on specific areas of expertise, including skin integrity, mobility, adaptive equipment, and community engagement, while continuously expanding their knowledge and competence in specialized therapeutic fields
- Collaborate with regional DDS OT and service coordinators to determine clinical specialty areas or topics and to determine the development or use of specific screening/assessment tools.
- Perform evaluation, screenings and treatments on a particular topic area as needed.
- Communicate the interventions and/or needs of the particular topic area to caregivers and referral sources.

Requirements:Home healthcare experience is recommended but not required.
- Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
