We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Control Associate to support daily operations in product handling, inspection, documentation, and logistics coordination. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing products are properly tested, recorded, packaged, and tracked within company systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or product testing environments and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing materials according to company standards and carrier requirements (FedEx, UPS, freight).
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify quantities, condition, and accuracy of materials received.
- Maintain daily shipping and receiving logs for all items processed, including product details, pass/fail status, and root cause for defects.
- Accurately sort, label, and segregate products in the warehouse based on condition and destination.
- Maintain complete and accurate inventory records within internal ERP systems.
- Support documentation control by recording test results, material movements, and shipment tracking information.
- Research part and product specifications through manufacturer websites (e.g., Intel) as needed for shipping documentation and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and storage area, following 5S and safety protocols.
- Ensure all shipments are prepared using proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for hazardous or sensitive materials.
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (electronics, manufacturing, or logistics preferred).
Proficiency with shipping software, scanners, and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
