Accounts Payable Associate - Hybrid up to $26/hr

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate that will provide financial and clerical services, including the timely processing and monitoring of payments according to agreed-upon terms. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capability to handle a high volume of work. What to know:

• Pay range up to $26/hr
• Flexible Schedule – 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Verify and data enter a high volume of invoices ensuring accuracy in accordance with VPF policies, procedures, and metrics
• Provide excellent service to various colleagues within and in other finance departments
• Ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating to team members/managers as necessary

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (can include internships)
• Experience in processing hundreds of invoices/entries into a system
• Strong data entry experience within invoicing
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Cambridge, MA
