ERShares is a rapidly growing $500M Asset Management company with one Mutual Fund, one ETF, and a variety of separately managed accounts. We operate with a start-up-like culture.
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our funds and accounts. This role is critical to trade settlement, reconciliation, cash management, and operational accuracy across the firm.
About This Role
As an Operations Analyst at ERShares, you will:
- Process and reconcile daily trades, settlements, and cash flows across custodians.
- Coordinate with fund administrators on daily NAV oversight and reporting.
- Manage account onboarding and ensure compliance documentation is in place.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in cash, positions, and corporate actions.
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain operational records and data integrity across platforms.
- Assist in streamlining and improving operational and marketing processes.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in fund operations, trade support, or fund administration.
- Strong Excel and data management skills; Bloomberg knowledge a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with custodians, brokers, and administrators.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently in a small team.
