Office Administrator
- 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or administrative support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with handling invoices & vendor management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Support daily operations.

education: High School Responsibilities
- Lead daily office logistics, including supply procurement, vendor relations, and property manager coordination, while managing meeting room schedules and high-level company events.
- Assist with invoice processing, and vendor credential verification.
- Assist with the coordination of the interview process and new hire experience by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and executing technical and policy onboarding.
- Assist with equipment - including laptop inventory control, shipping for repairs, and coordinating with external IT partners for system setups and wipes.
