Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.
Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.

As a member of the wider engineering team, you will be responsible for driving processes across the group, facilitate team collaboration, and coach direct reports to grow their skills and career.
What You’ll Do:
Unify the Snyk Experience by leading the team in building a holistic view of security issues across all scanners, ensuring a seamless "shift left" experience for our global customers.

Mentor and grow a high-performing team , fostering a culture of professional advancement and technical excellence.
Lead day-to-day Agile execution , ensuring the team delivers predictable, repeatable, and high-impact outcomes.
Shape the future of security by identifying and building new features within our product unification platform and supporting multi-region delivery.
Lead through Influence by navigating a complex web of stakeholders across Product and Engineering to build alignment and successfully deliver on cross-team initiatives.
Stay "Hands-On" Adjacent: While not coding daily, you’ll roll up your sleeves to weigh in on software architecture, review code, and unblock technical hurdles.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience successfully managing and mentoring engineering teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
A strong technical foundation in cloud-native infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling (familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Go, or Node.js is a significant plus).
Expertise in automation , with a proven track record of building and maintaining tools that simplify complex workflows.
Exceptional communication skills , specifically the ability to build cross-functional relationships and turn feedback into actionable team plans.
An analytical mindset and the ability to break down complex problems into innovative, data-driven solutions.
Architectural Maturity and comfort in weighing in on complex software architectures, distributed systems, and schema management.
Operational Mindset and experience with Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on building "manageable" on-call cultures and operational excellence.
Communication Prowess and ability to lead through ambiguity and influence.
