Join Riverside Services as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and take charge of a dedicated crew to deliver exceptional landscape care throughout the seasons. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity—including snow and ice management in the winter—with room to grow within a well-established company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a crew on daily maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and site cleanup
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Operate and maintain professional-grade landscaping equipment
• Train new team members and support ongoing skill development
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of landscape maintenance experience (preferably with foreman or crew lead responsibilities)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A current DOT card—or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a team effectively
