Now Hiring – Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

Location: Hyannis, MA

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12 Hour Shifts

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while managing complex and critical patient conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of ER travel experience
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Strong IV therapy, IV start, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring skills
• Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• TNCC Certification preferred
• ENPC Certification preferred
• PALS Certification preferred
• De-escalation Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Maintain accurate and current patient records
• Coordinate care plans with healthcare team members
• Provide patient and family education
• Function as a charge nurse and clinical resource when needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control policies
• Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement, and professional development activities
• Deliver excellent patient and customer service standards
• Support ancillary staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
