1:1 School Nurse (RN or LPN) - New Bedford, MA

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated 1:1 School Nurse to support a student during daily school transportation and throughout the day. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in monitoring medical needs during transit and ensuring student safety throughout the day.

*Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island

Position Overview

We are hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care during transportation and the school day. This position begins immediately and continues for the entire 2025-2026 academic year, and the summer program.

Schedule & Route

Schedule:

• 6:30a to 3p, Monday-Friday

Transport Details:

• Pickup: New Bedford

• Morning Destination: East Providence

• Afternoon Drop-off: New Bedford

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island

• Background in urgent care response or experience administering emergency injections is highly beneficial

Compensation

• Registered Nurse (RN): Up to $52/hour

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Up to $43/hour
