Description:

We are seeking a motivated Billing / Light Bookkeeping / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This position offers ample opportunities for growth within a supportive and collaborative environment. In this role, you will support the Operations Team with all aspects of the billing life cycle, prepare invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure accuracy of each invoice. This position requires an individual to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple daily tasks and deadlines.

Compensation and Schedule:

This is a five-day-per-week admin job, working as an employee and earning $20-24/hour. Each week, you will have a stable Monday-Friday schedule which can consist of remote and in-person hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the weekly billing process, communicate with the Operations team regarding client invoicing, and resolve any billing issues promptly.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute invoices for multiple clients.
  • Promptly research and respond to quote requests, address any invoicing issues as they arise.
  • Gather and consolidate weekly revenue data to assist in preparing files for month end reporting.
  • Maintains good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and company procedures
  • Perform additional accounting/light bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Manage office duties such as filing, purchasing supplies, answering phone calls, and handling other tasks as they arise
  • Adhere to company guidelines while interacting with customers and serve as brand advocate.

What you must have:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in billing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or billing related experience
  • Excel/Data Analysis Skills and experience with Microsoft 365
