Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst serves an integral role in enabling the Sales organization to achieve its financial targets and accelerate growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Professionals, Services, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver high-quality business intelligence, reporting, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for Management System of Operations weekly business reviews, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles.
- Analyze performance trends by week and month of the quarter to highlight progress against targets, identify early indicators, and surface risks and/or opportunities.
- Partner with Business Leaders and operations teams to interpret metrics, explain variances, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Automate recurring reports and improve data visualization to enable efficient and scalable insights delivery.
- Support forecasting and pipeline analytics by providing relevant data cuts and variance analyses at different points in the quarter.
- Ensure alignment between weekly operational metrics and quarterly strategic goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, data sources, and performance metrics.
- 2–5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or analytics roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to diagnose reporting challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance visibility and streamline analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting systems.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and usage of common AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform , particularly Netvibes Data Perspectives , is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
