About the Role:

As an Account Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth from both new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that support our clients' litigation needs. Through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives, you will contribute to the ongoing expansion of our services.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and assigned clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored solutions.
Provide ongoing communication and education to clients on industry trends and best practices.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations, offering training as needed.
Drive the sales process by identifying, selling, and closing new business opportunities.
Utilize proprietary software and Salesforce to track sales-related activities.
Stay up to date on products, services, policies, and industry trends to better serve clients.

Who You Are:

1+ years of experience in inside sales, client service, or a paralegal role.
A self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven individual.
Strong communicator with a friendly and confident phone presence.
Skilled at building relationships and establishing rapport with clients.
Technically savvy, eager to learn, and able to adapt to new technologies.
Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
