Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a licensed Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Springfield, MA. This onsite role focuses on providing essential speech and language support within local schools, serving a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for bilingual students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of services and progress reports
• Adhere to all licensing and school district policies, including confidentiality and compliance standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Ability to complete required background checks and fingerprinting promptly
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance mandatory
