Responsibilities

- Ensure efficient workflow and resource management within the nursing department
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Monitor and improve patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives
- Address patient and family concerns , resolving issues effectively and professionally
- Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology
