Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology
