Registered Nurse RN 5000 Bonus

Newton Village a Cassia community is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Newton youll deliver compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type: Part-Time(with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired)

Shifts Available: 10:00pm to 6:00am

Bonus: $5000

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
• Works to coordinate oversee and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Must have a current Iowa RN license and be in good standing.
• Must have CPR certification or willing to obtain
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
