We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our 100% outpatient clinic in Northborough, MA! We know the job market is saturated with PT roles that look the same on paper. In our Northborough clinic, we provide personalized, one-on-one care in 40-minute sessions. Our clinic serves patients across all age ranges and offers diverse services including ortho, vestibular, balance, pelvic health, neuro, and Pilates-based rehab.

Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or full-time stability, we’ll help you design a schedule and compensation structure that fits your goals.

Compensation Package:

• Pay range for full-time: $75,000–$105,000 depending on experience and schedule
• $1,500 annual CEU allowance
• Financial assistance for advanced certifications (OCS, SCS, etc.) and APTA membership
• Structured mentorship during 90-day onboarding and beyond
• Leadership training and ownership track available
• Productivity bonus potential up to $8,400/year
• PTO: 15 days (increases to 20 after 3 years)

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or graduating soon)
• Passion for individualized, patient-centered care
