Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for hiring, training, in-servicing, and supervising HHA’s and CNA’s in our memory care assisted living.
• The Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) performs medication administration, assessment, administrative/clinical duties, quality assurance, performance improvement and provides a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA.
• Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred and some experience with in-servicing and supervising staff is required.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and some experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community a plus.
