Location: United States (Client Site Travel across North America)
Compensation: $180,000 base salary + project based performance bonuses
On-Target Earnings: $250,000–$350,000
Travel Requirement: 80%+ (Active Passport required)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Job Summary:
We’re hiring an Engagement Manager to lead operational improvement and transformation programs for industrial clients across North America. In this high-impact consulting role, you’ll work directly with executive stakeholders, assess business performance, and lead teams through fast-paced, results-driven implementation projects. This is an ideal opportunity for operations-focused professionals with plant leadership, consulting, or P&L ownership experience who want to accelerate their career in a dynamic, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from initial diagnostic through implementation, working closely with client executives and onsite teams
- Assess current state operations and design future-state models to drive measurable financial improvements
- Oversee teams of 5–7 consultants across multiple workstreams and maintain project accountability for timelines, deliverables, and financial impact
- Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and presentations throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor to client CEOs and senior leadership, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and sustainable transformation
- Travel across North America on a weekly basis to support clients directly on site
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including:
- Leadership in plant management or manufacturing operations with full P&L responsibility or
- Prior experience in management consulting leading transformation engagements
- History of delivering quantifiable business improvements and leading high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Must hold an active passport and be eligible to travel across North America without restriction
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) with ability to travel as needed
