General Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential properties, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with code and regulation.
- Efficient assessment/troubleshooting, planning, and execution of plumbing jobs
- Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of their plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal amount of supervision
- Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, and clean work area
- Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
- Attend company meetings as necessary
- Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber and/or Master Plumber License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving/ trouble shooting and communication skills
- Excellent customer service

Certifications and Licenses
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber/ Master Plumber license
