Senior Paralegal needs 5+ years of direct contract experience, Biotech / Pharmaceutical Industry

Senior Paralegal duties:
Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts under minimal supervision
Partner with business functions to draft and help negotiate master service agreements, standalone agreements, work orders, change orders, amendments, confidentiality, HCP-related Agreements, and IT-related agreements as needed
Manage contract template processes, including systematic reviews of templates and playbooks, and incorporation of best contracting practices and provisions
Manage the electronic contract management system (Agiloft) assignments to attorneys
Identify risks and issues, suggest alternatives that lead to the best solution
Develop and implement improvements to the contracting process and ongoing compliance
Monitor agreements throughout the contract life cycle
Partner with and help advise internal teams of company processes, contract status, and make recommendations based on company policies and standards
Work with internal attorneys and other business functions to ensure that templates and agreements are in compliance with legal requirements and best practices
Work on other legal projects as needed

Salary: $ 50.00 Per Hour
