We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to generate qualified leads
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Support the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
Track activities and maintain records in the CRM system
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (B2B preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confidence in handling outreach and negotiations with prospective clients
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset
