Paralegal
Simple Title Closing & Escrow PLLC, a well-established Lynn, Massachusetts law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team!
Responsibilities
Regular duties for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with administrative matters, communications, and scheduling.
- Prepare documentation for formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
- Support other legal needs within the Firm.
Qualifications
- Driven and capable of learning new material quickly
- Secretarial and paralegal skills
- Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working in a law firm or other legal setting
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Excellent typing, technology, and time-management skills
- 1-3 years of experience
Salary: $55,000.00- $60,000.000 (Salary based on experience)
