**Position: Building Systems Service Technician** **Key Responsibilities:**- Deliver expert maintenance and repair services for HVAC control systems at client sites.
- Conduct service and preventative maintenance for assigned contracts.
- Collaborate with management and clients to communicate job progress and resolve issues.
- Investigate and familiarize yourself with various control systems for continuous improvement.
- Partner occasionally with third-party contractors to achieve project goals.
- Uphold stringent company safety standards and policies.
- Keep timely and accurate records of work time and service trips using company software.
- Execute additional tasks as directed. **Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the commercial HVAC service sector.
- Proficient with industry-leading equipment such as York, Carrier, and TRANE, plus extensive knowledge of building automation systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with boilers, chillers, and other HVAC components.
- Familiarity with systems like Tridium Niagara and Honeywell.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with capacity for effective presentations.
