Senior Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically-minded Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and insurance analytics. You will play a pivotal role in influencing client decision-making, shaping pricing strategies and delivering actionable insights to clients across multiple lines of business.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain predictive models to assess risk and forecast customer demand. Your models will directly inform pricing strategies and business decisions across various insurance products.

Guide pricing strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and actuarial techniques. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions are aligned with business goals.

Communicate complex technical results in a clear and compelling way. You’ll tailor messaging to influence executive audiences and drive adoption of data-driven solutions.

Demonstrate software functionality and train new users, supporting a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise will help clients maximize the value of Earnix solutions from day one.

REQUIREMENTS

You’ll do it using:

10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on analytics, actuarial modeling, and predictive techniques.

Machine learning methods and statistical modeling to enhance the accuracy and performance of risk and pricing models.

Programming languages such as Python and R, applying them to build, validate, and deploy scalable analytical solutions.

Earnix’s intelligent decisioning platform, integrating your models into real-time pricing and personalization workflows.

You’ll excel by:

Salary Range:

$ 123,000-204,000 per year
