Our services include physical therapy and specialized treatments such as deep tissue and sports massage, kinesio/leuko taping, cupping therapy, and electrical stimulation. We work with both adults and children who, due to disabilities or complex medical conditions, need assistance in developing everyday skills to function more independently at home, school, or work. We have been serving our community for over 10 years.

Job Description:

Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:

• Average caseload: 8-10 patients/day
• Develop individual treatment plans for each patient
• Document patient progress
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and current function, setting goals for improvement
• Develop follow-up care plans for patients, including in-home care services

Qualifications for Physical Therapist:

• Well-rounded PT with experience in dry needling
• Ability to assist and direct treatments provided by aides, technicians, and assistants
• Knowledge of responsible use and maintenance of facility equipment
• Experience recommending assistive equipment and following up with outpatient or home health programs
• BS or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Skills in orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports medicine
