Set up, program, and operate CNC routers and laser machines following detailed job instructions, procedures, and guidelines. ? Monitor and adjust machine operations in real-time to maintain consistent quality and throughput. ? Inspect and measure parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and other digital measuring tools to meet tight tolerances. ? Troubleshoot machining issues such as tool wear, offsets, and parameter adjustments to keep operations on track. ? Ensure efficiency by optimizing toolpaths, material usage, and cycle times. ? Maintain standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness (5S) at all times. What You Bring ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Previous experience as a CNC operator (routers and/or laser cutting systems). ? Ability to use calculators, tape measures, and digital calipers accurately. ? Reliable and committed to working 40+ hours per week. ? Physical ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs independently. ? Strong focus on timeliness, efficiency, and quality control.
