Residential Security Officer Schedule: Full-timeThursday - Sunday 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Location: Marlborough, MA
Pay rate: $19.00 Hourly Why join us? Description: As a Signal of New England Security Officer , you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift
- Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
- Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner
- Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
- Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms
- Ensure all building access points are secure
- Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
- Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally
- Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required
